Novice Solo - under 14 years old, and been learning less than a year (and thus first district-level solo being played)

13 years and under Air Varie
15 years and under Air Varie
17 years and under Air Varie

Intermediate Air Varie - anyone that doesn't fit into the age categories, novice or premier
Premier Air Varie - a previous winner at a district- or national-level solo, or of that standard.

Junior Slow Melody - 17 years and under

Intermediate Slow Melody - anyone that doesn't fit into the age categories, novice or premier

Premier Slow Melody - a previous winner at a district- or national-level solo, or of that standard
Veteran Slow Melody - 55 years and over

Percussion solo - novice- learning less than 2 years
Percussion solo - open
Percussion ensemble - 3+ players, any age

Junior Duet - 17 years and under
Open Duet 

Junior Ensemble (3-8 players) - 17 years and under

Open Ensemble (3-8 players)
