March

The street march will be held at 12noon on Saturday 4 June.  The route is as follows:

  • Step off facing East on Charles St (between Henry and Seymour Sts). March approx 70m along Charles St.
  • Right turn into Seymour St. March 188m along Seymour St.
  • Saluting dais is on the right on Arthur Sr corner
  • Left turn into George St. March approx 70m along George St, halt.

Important times

• 11:45am - all bands to assemble at CycleWorld carpark, Charles St.
• 12:00pm - first band steps off
• Immediately after the final band has completed the march, all bands are to assemble on Seymour Street facing the dais for the Mayoral Welcome and official contest opening.
